Protecting Your Business - Strategies for Crime Prevention
The Prince Albert Chamber in partnership with the Prince Albert Construction Association, Saskatchewan Construction Association and the City of Prince Albert recently met to discuss the criminal activity on construction job sites. It was decided that is was a much broader issue affecting the business community.
We have prepared a short survey to collect date to bring forward to our future stakeholder meetings to address this growing issue in our business community. Please complete the survey by April 25th.
We want to move forward proactively with this issue. We will be hosting an event - Protecting Your Business - Strategies for Crime Prevention on May 4th from 1pm to 4pm at the Coronet Hotel in Prince Albert. All business owners, operators and managers will be invited to attend this free event. The event will include a panel discussion on protecting your business. This will include tips and strategies for prevention, security and insurance. Join us to hear from the RCMP, Prince Albert Police and other experts in loss prevention. This is your opportunity to voice your concerns and also provide suggestions on what has worked for your business in preventing criminal activity.
